How to play Chain Chat
Touch controls: Tap one of four word buttons; each is at least 52 pixels tall and about half the board width. Pause, Restart and Sound are at least 44 pixels tall.
Keyboard controls: Keys 1, 2, 3 and 4 pick the matching word, P or Escape pauses and resumes, R restarts the chain and M toggles sound.
Screen: This game works best in any orientation.
About Chain Chat
Chain Chat is a word chain with a six second clock on every link. Four words are offered at each step and exactly one of them begins with the last letter of the chain, so the game is about reading the last letter and recognising the right starter quickly rather than about spelling.
The clock resets the moment a word is chained, which means a fast player never runs short and a hesitating one does. Twelve words make a chain and three timeouts break it.
