About Rotate image
Turn a sideways or upside-down photo so it faces the right way. Choose a quarter turn in either direction or a half turn, then save a new PNG copy.
This is a rotation tool. The available controls do not mirror the image or straighten it by an arbitrary angle.
How to use Rotate image
- Choose the photo you want to turn.
- Select 90 degrees clockwise, 180 degrees or 90 degrees counterclockwise.
- Select Create image and check the orientation.
- Download the rotated PNG.
Tips and limitations
A quarter turn swaps the image width and height. If the subject is already upright but the horizon is tilted, use an editor with a straighten control instead.
JPG, PNG and WebP input is supported, up to 12 million pixels.
