About Image converter
Convert a JPG, PNG or WebP photo into another of those formats. This is useful when a website asks for a particular image type or you need a format that is easier to share.
Conversion creates a separate file. It changes the format, not the dimensions of your photo.
How to use Image converter
- Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP file.
- Select the output format.
- Adjust Quality for JPG or WebP, then select Create image.
- Review the preview and download the converted image.
Tips and limitations
Use PNG or WebP when transparency matters. JPG has no transparency, so check the appearance of transparent areas after conversion.
HEIC, RAW and animated-image conversion are not supported by this tool. Repeated conversion between lossy formats can reduce detail.
