How to play Paddle Duel
Touch controls: Tap or drag anywhere on the court to slide the paddle to that height. Pause, Restart and Sound sit in the head-up row and are at least 44 pixels tall.
Keyboard controls: Up and Down arrows or W and S move the paddle, P or Escape pauses and resumes, R restarts the match and M toggles sound.
Screen: This game works best in landscape orientation.
About Paddle Duel
Paddle Duel is a two-paddle rally match on one screen. Your paddle holds the left of the clay court, a rival paddle holds the right, and the ball crosses between them. Every return adds to the score, every point adds more, and the side with more points when the clock stops takes the match.
The rival watches the ball rather than guessing: it turns at a limited speed, returns with a small aiming error that grows as the rally lengthens, and presses the middle of the court when it is ahead. That means the flat return that wins the first points stops working later, so the player has to vary the angle instead of holding a position.
