How to play Hop Meadow
Touch controls: Tap anywhere on the field to hop. The whole canvas accepts the tap, so no aiming is needed.
Keyboard controls: Space, Enter or Up/W hop, P or Escape pauses, R restarts, M toggles sound.
Screen: This game works best in any orientation.
About Hop Meadow
Hop Meadow is a one-button hopping game. A frog stands on a tuft while the meadow drifts towards it, and one tap sends it through a fixed arc that always covers the same distance. Because the hop never changes length, the only decision in the game is the moment of the tap: jump while a tuft is under the landing spot and the frog rolls on, jump too early or too late and it drops into the gap.
The field runs on with no finish line. Each safe landing speeds the drift up a little, so the window closes as the distance grows, and the five leaves are the only thing keeping the run alive.
