miss u ii (nriri) - Fola | OfficialLyrics

Experience the official lyric video for “miss u ii (nriri),” FOLA’s follow-up to his original “Miss You,” which first arrived in October 2023. Released October 5, 2026 under Dangbana Republik Records and EMPIRE, produced by SBThaProducer, and featured on his sophomore album 9, which dropped October 9, 2026. FOLA had been teasing the song across social media before its midnight release, building anticipation among listeners who already knew the original. Three years between parts, and it was worth the wait. Where the first record captured the feeling of missing someone, “nriri” digs deeper into what that absence actually does to a person over time. The emotion is more settled here, less raw, but somehow heavier because of it. The track debuted at number 17 on the Spotify Nigeria Daily Top Songs Chart with 149K streams, a strong first week for a record that did not need a feature or a big rollout to land. Just FOLA, the beat, and a song people already had a personal connection with from the first chapter. Born Afolarin Odunlami, FOLA is a 2026 Headies Award nominee for Album of the Year, and 9 is already being received as his most complete body of work to date.
