About Voice recorder
Record a voice note using your phone or computer microphone. Start when you are ready, then stop and create an audio file you can listen to and save.
The recording format is selected from those your browser supports, so the file extension may differ between devices.
How to use Voice recorder
- Select Start recording.
- Allow microphone access when your browser asks.
- Speak, then select Stop and save.
- Play back the recording and use its download link.
Tips and limitations
Recording stops automatically after five minutes. Keep the page open while recording; there is no pause button in this version.
Microphone recording requires HTTPS and a compatible browser. If access was previously denied, check the site permission in your browser settings.
