How to play Number Vine
Touch controls: Swipe the board in the direction to slide, at least about 24 pixels. Every tile slides at once and a short tap does nothing.
Keyboard controls: Arrow keys or W A S D slide the grid, P or Escape pauses, R restarts, M toggles sound, Space or Enter starts a run.
Screen: This game works best in any orientation.
About Number Vine
A four by four vine grid starts with two tiles. Swiping or pressing an arrow key slides every tile that way, two tiles of the same number merge into one tile of double the value and a new tile appears. Reaching 512 finishes the vine.
The grid fills up as the run goes on. Every move is worth two points and every merge pays the merged value, so the score climbs fastest when one slide lines up several merges at once.
