You can achieve this by controlling the temperature, lighting and noise level. * Comfortable Bed - if your mattress is too hard or too soft it will be difficult to get restful sleep. * Caffeine intake - cut down on caffeine in tea, coffee and energy drinks especially in the evenings. Caffeine disrupts the process of falling asleep and prevents deep sleep. Instead of caffeine, have herbal tea or a warm milky drink. 🎥 I personally record all my video and audio.
