OFFICIAL LYRICS VIDEO: YOU ARE NOT YOUR STRUGGLE

listen carefully!!! You are not your past, you are not your struggle!! Tune down the noise of people judging you from the past you repented from!!. let them stay in your past, While you move forward!!! [ha ha ha]. Pearl pleas!! turn up the volume!!!! Let’s go You wore that hurt like skin Thought it was your name But the storm you walked through Never made you plain You been learning in the dark How to carry light Every scar is proof You kept on choosing life and that am so proud of you So breathe it in Let it pass You are not What broke your back Look in the glass Say it slow You came this far That’s what I know You are not your struggle Don’t let fear clip in You are who you choose now You are still here still here You are growing through What you once survived And I’m proud of you Talk to that mirror, baby Hold your head up high Say, “I made it this far” And mean it when you try When you know your worth now You don’t beg to stay Anyone who can’t see it Can fade away So breathe it in Let it rise You were never Built to hide Hands on your heart Stand your ground The best in you Is coming now You are not your struggle Don’t let fear clip in You are who you choose now You are still here still here You are growing through What you once survived And I’m proud of you [Bridge] The Universe knows your name Even when you don’t It keeps on moving doors That fear said would stay closed Relax your grip Let it come Good things find you When you let them run You are not your struggle Don’t let fear clip in You are who you choose now You are still here still here You are growing through What you once survived And I’m proud of you I am not my struggle I am not my fear I am who I choose now I am still here I am not my struggle I am enough to choose What I once deserved And I choose me too
