About Habo
Habo records recurring habits in a calendar. You can mark a habit as complete, missed or skipped, and add a note to an entry. A weekly view shows recent check-ins, while statistics help you review streaks and completion over time.
Reminders can prompt you to record a routine. Colours, categories and theme choices help organize habits such as exercise or meditation. You can archive a paused habit and export or back up the collection. The app tracks what you enter; it does not measure an exercise session automatically.
Core tracking is free, works offline and does not require an account. The publisher describes Habo as without ads. Hosted backup and synchronization are offered through a paid Habo Sync subscription. The project also documents self-hosting for people who can maintain their own synchronization service.
