About GPSTest
GPSTest shows the navigation satellites your Android device can see. Its status view lists signal measurements and the satellite systems in use. A sky chart places those satellites around your position, making the app useful when investigating a slow or unreliable location fix.
The app also displays coordinates, altitude, speed, and estimated accuracy. Its accuracy tool can compare a location reported by the phone with a known position you enter. Supported satellite systems and frequencies depend on the phone's hardware. Dual-frequency features require compatible hardware and Android 8 or later.
GPSTest is free, and its publisher says it has no ads or trackers. It is a diagnostic tool for understanding location data; it does not provide turn-by-turn directions. Grant location access to read the device's satellite information.
